When you arrive at the store, let us know that you're interested in trading-in or selling equipment.

Our used camera buyer will be with you as quickly as possible. It may take some time to determine the value of your gear.

You are welcome to trade-in your gear towards new gear at our store, or you can elect to have us pay you by check. Checks are mailed and typically arrive within 1-2 weeks. 

We have a 14 day return policy and 60 day warranty on used equipment. You are welcome to return the used item for any reason during the first 14 days, including simply not liking it. We thoroughly check and clean all our used equipment, but occasionally, we'll miss something. For this reason, we highly encourage you to try your used equipment within the first 60 days.
