About Metal Print Options:
White or Clear coat
For most Metal Prints, you have the option of selecting from a White or Clear coating on the aluminum - the coating is what allows the pigment to stick to the metal. Choose a white coating if you wish the photos colors to be reproduced the same is if it were printed on normal paper. If you choose a clear coating, the metal color will show through anywhere there is white in your photo.
Gloss or Matte finish
For many of the Metal Prints, you also have the option of selecting a finish for your product: A very polished, almost reflective glossy finish, or a dull matte finish.
As the name suggests, these Metal Prints are simply your photo printed on a single aluminum panel of the size you selected. These Metal Prints come with a shadow mount block adhered to the back, so they're ready to hang.
These Metal Prints are much the same as a Single Panel Metal Print, but they are die-cut with custom shapes, which makes for a more unique presentation.
Desktop Metal Prints are single Metal Prints which are either bent to curved form that will stand freely on a desktop, or come with a wooden slotted base to stand up in.
Stacked Metal Prints take two Metal Prints: a larger background print (the size you select when ordering), and a smaller Metal Print with your photo shadow-mounted to the background print - so it appears that your photo is floating in front of the background.
There are two different styles of Stacked Metal Prints available:
The Creative Background print allows you to float your photo in front of a pre-selected pattern.
The 3DHD print allows you to select a photo for both the foreground and background metal print - allowing you to either use two different photos or the same photo twice (for a 3D effect of the photo "jumping out" at you.
